Recently, the show was picked up by Lifetime TV and, with the almost concurrent release of the Cook Yourself Thin Book, the show took off and has now amassed a fan following on the US side of the pond as well.
What makes the show so successful is that each of the three hosts has her own distintive style and brings a nice variety to the program. We’ve tried many of the recipies, including fish, meat and our personal favorite, desserts, and without exception, have found them all to be quite satisfying from a “fill me up” perspective, as well as quite delicious!
